I really liked this nasal aspirator. We got it for our newborn whose nostrils are too small for the standard bulb they give you in the hospital. Yes, is 3x more expensive than in the pharmacy. It's worth it. Always works and suction power is enough. You can delete it. The only downside is when you blow snot on a rag to get more boogers, it has a powerful drain that goes with the incoming one and you can shoot boogers where you don't need them.
