I really liked this nasal aspirator. We got it for our newborn whose nostrils are too small for the standard bulb they give you in the hospital. It just didn't work out the way we wanted it to for us. It seemed like we would never be able to generate the suction needed to clean her nose. I like the idea behind this as I'm a germaphobe who gets a little annoyed that I can't clean standard lightbulbs after use, but if a lightbulb doesn't come out of the snot it still doesn't need to be cleaned, so that's true kinda black. It is very easy to clean and assemble, so this is definitely what he needs.
