I loved the bulbs but couldn't find the contact information to notify the company of a bulb failure. There are no phone numbers, email addresses or websites. I was able to get Revain to contact the seller and they immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. They sent me a brand new light and box within a week of my reply. I only gave them 4 because it was difficult to contact the seller.
