I've been using this for over a year now and my hair LOVES it! I hardly ever lose hair when using shampoo/conditioner and the conditioner is fantastic for detangling my hair! I had some trouble getting bottles that weren't full and the customer service was fantastic. They immediately sent me a new bottle! You really don't need to use much of either and they will last quite a while. I wash my hair every day and it is very fine and straight. This combination gives life to my hair! Sometimes I just condition my hair and skip shampooing entirely and my hair doesn't feel greasy or limp. This conditioner is so amazing. I hope their prices don't go up as it's a bit pricey, but I use it sparingly now and get a lot more out of it than when I started. I'm also glad they don't test on animals because that's what I look for when I buy beauty products.
