Review on FTranProjectBuilder by Donald Cummings

The ability to build libraries of functions that can be reused in other projects, as well its ease when it comes time writing applications from scratch! It's not always clear how I should use some features like "makefiles" or templates etc., so if you are inexperienced with F77/90 this software might seem more complicated than what they actually make out at first sight? However once we get used them everything becomes much easier!
