I like that you can use it for multiple platforms (Mac OS X/Windows). It's easy enough to get started up but there are some things which could be improved if they were more intuitive or had an easier learning curve. For example - If you want to change permissions of items in one folder, then go ahead and do so; however when syncing those same changes back down into another location you have no way of knowing what changed since last sync. This happens even though you're given options such as "Apply only new changes" etc. Another thing is once something gets deleted from any device connected at time of sync it disappears forever until manually restored through restore feature. We've been able to solve our file sharing problems by having everything backed up onto cloud storage instead of just relying on local copies. Resilio sync is very easy to use. I like that it syncs all my devices (phone/tablet) seamlessly. It also works well when I am offline since it keeps all of my data available once I get back online. Sometimes it can be slow. This is not necessarily a bad thing but if you need faster syncing you can always upgrade to premium. For me as an employee this is great because I don't have to worry about backing up any files or transferring them from one device to another.
