My son is 6 years old. He just went down to a size 13 shoe. He chose them to wear to go to and from the trampoline and to play fast outside. They arrived today and he tried them on and I thought he definitely had a place, no I was wrong they are too small and don't fit him at all. His ties are almost down in the front and his heel is almost down in the back. Luckily they were cheap but still just upside down if you order make sure your size is larger.
