Thick and heavy is no joke
Heavy and thick. Exactly what I was looking for. I was tricked into getting the much touted Poyet Motte comforter which was so awful I returned it. I gave up hope but reluctantly bought. It is great. It's firm, thick, heavy and warm. It's as soft as you might expect. If you want softness, buy a synthetic fiber blanket. To this day, my kids find it soft and snuggly. I'd happily pay 20 percent more for the 20 percent thickness required to be the perfect heavy men's duvet I need.
