I first found this in CVS and bought it by accident. I'm so glad I did. It's water resistant, but not so much that it's difficult to remove. It lays beautifully and really lengthens and thickens the lashes (no fake lashes, just mascara) and has a very pleasant, very light scent. It doesn't irritate my eyes and as mentioned before it comes off easily with makeup remover wipes (or whatever you use). I have watery eyes due to allergies and it doesn't work. I'm very glad I found it at Revain. I think they were out in CVS. I hope they still wear it. That's great.
