I bought two pairs of these clogs for my mother who has arthritis. Overall she finds them very comfortable (especially for someone like her who has a swollen output from arthritis), they are also very easy to clean. She wears a size 7 and her first pair fit like a size 7.5. Her second pair is also a size 7, but they fit like a size 8. The second pair is also a tighter (smaller) size. buckle one of the shoes. They don't seem perfect due to the different sizes in each pair and the tighter strap on a clog. She likes them, but I have to point out the uneven sizing and smaller, tighter strap on one of them.
