Review on 🍴 HOMQUEN 6-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware Silverware Set by Tyler Cooley

I recently ordered this set and received a broken, pierced spoon. It's silver on the bottom and gold on the top, so I immediately contacted Amazon and traded it in. I received my new set yesterday. Everything was fine until I received a rude email from the company saying I needed to take a picture so they could fix it for me. For real? Firstly, when I pay for a product and receive a defective one, I have no time on earth to research your company's rules and regulations. This defective product will be returned immediately! And what do you think the solution will be? I will gild the spoon myself so that the problem is solved? This company doesn't know what customer service is! Beware!
