McKee's 37 Hydro Blue Sio2 Coating Review

This particular product is extremely hydrophobic and is excellent at keeping the surface clean. I've never used this type of sealer before but now I'm hooked, especially from my daily driver. Another thing I like is that you seal everything on the vehicle including the glass and it seems to last quite a while too. I also think there may be a curing time because it got shinier over the next few days after application. Very easy to use, spray about 4-5 sprays on the plate and apply with a hose. Rinse until you see it's completely washed off, it's easy to see and apply. The only downside I can think of is the price of the application. It's ok but I'll see if I can get a larger quantity for a lower price. Good product! UPDATE: 5/11/2018 I'm still addicted to the Hydro Blue Sio2 - I use it all winter here in the NW region where all it does is mostly rain sometimes snow and ice so we ended up with it some chemicals on the road but nothing like the harsh winters I've experienced in the Northeastern United States. I have found that Hydro Blue actually has a long lifespan. Lasts after application and beading experience and will last 2-3 months and longer after a single application. And that includes washing the car several times during those winter months with Purple Power Boat and Car Wash to remove paint stains from the car. He really holds! Another example of its durability is the windshield. I can drive for months with the wipers off at speeds over 40mph and still hover there even with the wipers running slower, but still water with no wipers at speeds over 40mph or so stays forever. Even a Purple Power wash will not remove it! I've seen numerous product reviews from people about using Hydro Blue and have a few questions here. I've found that you can apply as much as you like and the results will be the same as long as you're really good at rinsing it off. However, you don't have to overdose on Hydro Blue to get the same effect. Again, I found that 4-5 sprays per panel worked just as well. Either way, make sure you rinse well no matter how much you apply and you won't see any ill effects even on a black car like my show car. Great product and still one of my top, most popular and favorite car care products. today. Nothing could be easier to use and achieve such results with so little effort. I personally buy a gallon now, especially when it's on sale. Love this stuff for those who don't know Hydro Blue or haven't tried it. Welcome in the future!
