Average at best, you really don't feel a thing when you rinse your mouth with this mouthwash. Then the supposedly "minty-fresh" feeling, as if you had just "charged" your mouth, but it tastes just like toothpaste. Also, the fact that you need to dilute with water can sometimes be an inconvenience, especially when you are in a hurry to get somewhere. Basically, it's better if you just buy your regular store-bought mouthwash, especially given the high cost, not worth it.
