I ordered 4 different hip compression sleeves for my daughter who has strained her thighs playing soccer. She tried the other three first and was sure she wouldn't wear any of them. Then she tried on this sleeve. The design was so superior to others. It has large hips and fully wraps around the thigh and overlaps at the ends with thick velcro to keep the wrap in place at the end. It also has two very long Velcro straps that not only completely cover the thigh. Other products leave golf ball-sized holes where the sleeve doesn't fully wrap around the thigh, making it uncomfortable to wear. In addition, there is an adhesive tape on the inside of this packaging, which reduces the slipping of the case. It was an absolute winner!
