Not the best option for aquarium lighting
The light itself is quite bright. I didn't like that the only installation method was for the rim of the tank. I have a curved tank so I had to glue the lantern onto the lid if I wanted to use it. It is also controlled via a button. This means you cannot use the smart plug with this light as it will not turn on when you turn on the plug.
