This LED light kit was originally purchased as a decorative lighting kit for our vehicle. The reason they were chosen was because they had USB power and an app to adjust the lighting. I used the USB adapter from our radio to power the LEDs and set the music mode in the app. In addition, the tack of the tape was sufficient to adhere to the underside of the truck skin. We attended the event and arrived in the evening by car lit up with different patterns. We then decided that three would be perfect to keep her on the wheelchair! We carefully removed the lighting and replaced the tape with an additional 3m tape and installed it over the wheels and under the armrests of the chair. To power the LED, we ordered a USB power supply that plugs into the XLR connector on the mobile charging port. The black stripe looks better than installing white plastic LED strips. The black color harmonises with the dark colors of the chair, and the tailgate stands out in white. The app is easy to install and the app is intuitive to use.
