I received a used and damaged product. This item was packaged in an unsealed white box with a thin, broken plastic sleeve containing the contents. When I turned on the device the number of flashes was NOT 999999 but 999978. The lenses are cracked, they have smudges and a large textured fingerprint. The razor was provided but I wouldn't risk it if these personal hygiene items were used on someone else's skin. If it was an item that was moved and returned, there was no quality control.
