Review on Sofucor Ceiling Lights Carved Noiseless by Erin Romero

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Terrible installation instructions but the fan is elegant and moves the air seriously

Update: I contacted the seller about problems with my remote control and they sent me a new remote control and receiver. Luckily I didn't have to replace the receiver, I could simply program the new remote control into the old receiver as described. The remote control now responds very well and the fan works great. Bought and installed the 60 inch version of this fan and the first problem was understanding the installation guide which was clearly translated into English without the involvement of an English speaker. The parts have multiple names and some steps are skipped entirely, but if you've ever installed a ceiling fan out of the box you should be fine. Ideally a ceiling fan with light would allow the use of 2 wall switches so the light could be turned on separately from the switch, but that's not a deal breaker, however if the fan is turned off by the switch and then back on, the fan stays off but the light turns on. It's not ideal because if the power goes out in the middle of the night you will wake up when the power is restored :( The remote control is good but not 100% responsive Sometimes it takes several attempts to get the desired result, which again isn't ideal when power is restored in the middle of the night and you try turning the lights off and turning the fan back on :( The fan also starts up weirdly in the I have a feeling it seems to calibrate itself before it builds steam. I can only assume that this is the result of it being a BLDC motor but the jury is still out. All this suggests that the fan itself is attractive, quiet and very cool air circulates well.
