This laptop has MANY great features. This product would get 5 stars from me, but it only gets 3 stars because it has a bad wi-fi card that causes the computer to frequently disconnect from the wi-fi. I contacted Hewlet Packard Technical Support via chat and received remote assistance multiple times. So I spent several hours with HP online support and it was all a waste of time. At one point I was advised to reformat the hard drive to see if that fixed the problem. What a treat! It did not work. After this JOY I contacted HP technical support AGAIN. Every time I contacted HP Support, I had to "reinvent the wheel" with every technician, and of course not a single American among them. Eventually I was told that the laptop had a bad Wi-Fi card and therefore the laptop would have to be sent to HP for repair. Even with expedited service, the repair takes at least 6 business days. I'm not getting any younger, and neither is my laptop and its warranty. Therefore, if you are not embarrassed by inconveniences, disappointments and other difficulties, then buy this laptop. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and buy a Dell computer instead.
