The team was very helpful with me when I have questions about my project. They were able to give me information that helped make some decisions along the way. Project manager didn't communicate well and it took longer than expected to get approvals from clients. Communication during this time could've been better, but no issues at all so far. Good communication skills are needed! Be prepared for them to ask you for more details, or request more info if they think there's something missing. This will ensure that you're meeting their needs as much as possible without getting too busy yourself. Creating an interactive design experience by providing users with a toolset such as 3D modeling software to create virtual experiences using various types of content creation tools (3d models, animations). The support team always try their level best to resolve my queries within 24Hrs. It's amazing tool with great features. I would definitely recommend this product. There are some minor issues which i can mention here but those could be sorted out easily by giving proper guidance from the Team members. Go ahead if you want good monitoring solution at competitive price. Monitoring all servers related issue such as performance etc.
