Bought when I was starting to do longer runs and needed water in the unforgiving Florida weather. Did a 3 mile run last night in 90 degree weather. I've only just filled my bladder halfway (I had to look up how to open the bladder, it turns out to be very easy) and the sound of water splashing takes a little getting used to.
