Review on Plivo by Jamie Behm

I like how it's very user friendly which makes my life easier as an admin! The customer support team are also super helpful when needed too!! There isn't much i dislike about this product other than maybe having more options available (like being able send smilies) but we don;t have enough resources at our disposal right now so no big deal there either :) We're using plivo mainly because its cheap compared to some competitors out here - if you want something reliable then go ahead otherwise look elsewhere ;).
