I bought this to use on my R5 as an intermediate until the official Canon is available. Overall, I have no issues with build quality, autofocus, and functionality. Works with all my Canon lenses and even my Tamron lenses. However, lens flare can get annoying, especially on my Canon EF 50mm 1.4mm. As for light leakage, I tested it on my EF16-35mm F1.4L by leaving the caps in place and shining a flashlight around the adapter. Light leaks are clearly visible, which was unfortunate and unusable when the camera was put into bulb mode with ND32 filters. I will replace this once the official canon is available.
