Review on 🎄 5 ft National Tree Company Montclair Spruce Pre-lit Artificial Christmas Tree for Entrances - Includes Pre-strung White Lights and Stand by Nigel Morris

Okay, I didn't want to write a review; but here we are. We ordered 2 of these trees. I opened the first one and immediately thought it must have been sent back. But that doesn't stop me. I've been a retail salesperson for 20 years. I put it up (fluff and more) and figured it would remind me of the trees I had to put up at work. I thought the base looked and felt cheap, but we planted them in decorative pots, so I didn't care. Opened the second. So the first was not a return; This company has terrible packaging. Like literally parts thrown in a box. Needless to say, the base was smashed into many pieces. In general, this is an artificial Christmas tree. What do you expect. The needles fell off. I shook myself and the whole branch came loose. A chain of lights got tangled in both trees. I'll keep them because I don't have to go through the hassle of boxing them both up and sending them back and having to start over at the end of the season. I would not recommend them to any friend or family. The swelling lasted longer than it should. I'm NOT happy but like I said it's too late this season to do anything about it.
