yes 100 Watts does make a difference
I bought similar fog lights for my 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio rated 100 Watts they were tinted slightly yellow one of them burnt out in less than 2 months didn't do much for me in the fog so I decided to go with these guys I'll install traditional fog lights I'm sure these lights will do very well as I've had these lights or similar lights before
