VirVentures, the seller I bought from on Revain, which didn't help much, got a new panel and wanted me to send the entire unit back. I contacted ZooMed directly and their excellent customer service agreed to send me a new panel at no extra charge. The new panel arrived today, fortunately it has no cracks. The panel comes with a protective film to prevent scratches on it. Somewhat manish, this film scratches deep enough to scratch the acrylic sheet. I would recommend a regular extra large terrarium with this deluxe LED terrarium for two reasons.
