This hose is very thin. It arrived with a lot of creases that wouldn't flatten out. They were so bad they shut off the flow when my portable washing machine drained the water. (The machine is good, with a good drain pump.) I had to squeeze the hose in many places at once before the flow started. The machine was running and before that an error message should be displayed. The water pressure then held the hose open for that drain cycle. Not sure about the next one as I am writing this when the laundry is done. This hose has nothing to do with the hard rubber hoses of the past. The only thing he did well was docking with the existing drain hose on the car. save your money Buy something built to minimum quality standards. (This thing almost reminds me of a deflated balloon.)
