Vinyl hose without hook - Revain image is misleading

I was expecting a rubber hose with a built in hook hanging over the basement sink. Corrugated vinyl tubing came with no built in hook. The hose didn't even straighten up after being left open all day. If I were to attach this thin hose, the pressure from the washing machine would spread the hose everywhere. Kinks in there. That was to be expected, but the kinks were not fixed. As a result, my washing machine does not drain the water completely. I've had this hose for over a week now and the kinks haven't come out yet. I've tried manually removing the creases by pinching the edges with my fingers to make the rubber form a circle, but that only wears the rubber down. The broken ends turn white and begin to tear. The hose is unusable. I do not recommend you to buy this hose as a replacement. The hose
