EASY TO INSTALL AND VERY DURABLE
I just moved into a brand new house that was built for us. We had problems from the start when the bedroom doors wouldn't stay open. I open them and they are half closed. I blame the suction power of a 5 ton air conditioner. In any case, they were very easy to assemble as I used the 3M tape that came with them. The magnet is strong enough to hold the door open and close the door easily. Will definitely be buying more for 2 more doors I'm having the same issue with.
