I started the installation and quickly realized that I would have to modify the BW Flip Ball clutch. The items shown in the picture are stabilizers that prevent the rest of the hitch from twisting. This part of the hitch sits about 1 inch above the top of the frame. We had to cut a notch about 1" deep and 3/4" wide to get the airbag u-bolt in place. Overall it wasn't too bad because we always had a plasma cutter on hand. It was quite frustrating having to remove and then reinstall this part from both sides. I immediately noticed a difference when towing the fifth wheel. I also think my ride without the camper got better once I lowered the pressure to 6-9 pounds. Good product!
