Excellent response from seller! I received four replacement cartridges within 4 business days of contacting the seller about the issue described below. Judging by the sound of ink splashing inside, these are full cartridges. Your other ink cartridges in the printer will continue to work fine. Previous comments: I just installed a MAGENTA cartridge in my C6180 and the printer display shows blank. Installed YELLOW and it's full. Magenta was confirmed empty when shaken - no splashing noise compared to other new cartridges received in this order. It also confirms that one each of LIGHT PURPLE, YELLOW and LIGHT BLUE is also empty. I have asked the supplier to replace one for each of these four cartridges: MAGENTALIGHT MAGENTALIGHT CYANYELLOW The two full cartridges I installed are working fine. Without a manufacturing defect I would have given 5*.
