I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for Bostich's poor customer service. My F21PL frame nailer arrived with fast shipping but the 'guide rod' is missing. When I tried to contact support I got disconnected multiple times because the response record in Bostich told me no one could take my call and then hung up. I tried a few options, but each one dropped the connection. I spoke to one person and was told they could not help me because they are not affiliated with Bostitch other than office supplies. I also tried the website and could not register myself or the product. It was Friday during business hours. Shame on you Bostic. Customers spend good money to buy your product but get missing parts and a customer service department. A terrible disrespect on your part that will not be easy to forget. EDIT: I would like to make an addition to my original review. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. I contacted the VP with my problem and without hesitation or trying to find an excuse, the VP contacted a very efficient and nice customer service lady. She took care of my problem with practical efficiency and set up a mechanism to solve the problem I originally had when I tried to contact customer service. I received the missing part two days later and am very impressed with Bostitch's customer service and organization. My thanks to both parties who came together to help me and solve the problem.
