What you see is not what you get.
Of the four large O-rings, I only used two thicker ones, which fortunately fit my kitchen faucet. You don't get cams and cams, instead you get a gray one-piece cam assembly that fits and sits on the triangular ball valve. It seems to work just as well, but not as tight. Because of this, your faucet arm can have less friction and more play. The repair was flawless, but note that this kit appears to have been modified since these product photos were taken.
