Cheap clips have been replaced.

The clip broke on the first try to adjust it but other than that I really like the strap. It stays in place and I feel so light even with bottled water. Can the seller send me a replacement clip? If so, then I would change my assessment. I need to update this because I just got new clamps and two water bottles. That's how you do business. Excellent customer service.
