Great for kombucha!
Received my 1 gallon cans a few days ago, well packaged and delivered on time. I started my first batch of kombucha yesterday and these jars are exactly what I was looking for. The fabric and elastic included in the kit attaches securely and easily at the top. Others have mentioned that the glass is thin but it's perfect in my opinion and wouldn't want it to be thicker due to the extra weight. I paid full price for my jars and would recommend anyone to make kombucha. I have attached the photo and as you can see my Scoby that I got from my brother drowned. Hope it goes on in a few days.
