The fan is probably the worst fan I've ever had. The fan itself or a blade block dangles from the axis. Something is preventing it from starting at first, so it whines until it hits 100% power and is finally free. When receiving that much power, the fan lifts out of the fan pack and touches the PSU shroud, making a horrible grinding noise that can be heard throughout the house. It then just stops spinning until it tries again 30 seconds later. This occurs in any orientation of the power supply. support is a joke. I don't think Abkoncore won't burn down my house.
