They are great for deep cystic acne and will forever be a part of my beauty ritual now. They stick very well to the skin. If the pimple is headless, nothing seems to happen the first night, but after the second night the pimple has a head and is usually open and ready to pop. I will apply another patch on the 3rd night to make sure it's all out of the pore. It also appears to promote wound healing.
