Definitely worth it
Great price. Just do it. A huge improvement at a low price, which makes this mod great. Especially if you use high power halogen lamps. Helps short burning life. Others have mentioned brittle ceramics, but I've had no problems even with a little effort. The teeth were also properly aligned. I recommend adding dielectric grease to the connectors.
