Nice addition to my 4B 8GB development Pi
I left this device in standard SPI mode, although I can reconfigure it for I2C to add some GPIO -Restore pins that will be used for other purposes, but I like that this OLED screen supports any addressing method. Modifying the example scripts wasn't difficult, although to prevent screen burn-in I added timeouts to re-blank the screen after that many seconds and a "trap" to re-blank when the script dies or the process terminates. A good product. Note that the glass is thin and will break if you "push" it into the GPIO header.
