I wouldn't go so far as to say that this will make your Fitbit waterproof, but it will make it waterproof. I forgot I had a Fitbit on another pair of pants and threw them in the washing machine. When I realized what I had done, the wash was about to start, so the machine was full of cold water. I fished out the device and found the bottom of my pants it was attached to. Pulling it out of my pants, I pulled it down quickly and examined the device. The face seemed to be the only thing exposed to the water and that was two days ago. 20,000+ steps Fitbit still works. Definitely a great clip and sturdy!
