I was so excited to get this to start training my dogs. When reassembling I tightened the pin and it literally broke in half. Now a push collar has only one prong. Also, it comes with a double ended charger so I can charge both collars but not the extra one so I can charge the remote at the same time. It should come with a charger for each item. TO UPDATE. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new receiver. It was an easy fix and I'm grateful for that. I love the look of them and the remote control is so easy for two dogs to handle. They also look very cute. I am happy with my purchase.
