The sound quality isn't great on an absolute scale, but I'd say it's ok for the price. The sound signature is more or less neutral but with a bass bias. Most people would consider it harmless. The highs and upper-mids (including female vocals) may be a bit deep, but I'm sensitive to high frequencies and I don't find the E3000 harsh or bright like most "neutral" headphones in this price range. Great convenience: they are small and unobtrusive. I used medium tips at first and they felt good and fitted well, better than any silicone tips I've tried but unfortunately they shrink over time so I switched to the larger ones which were less comfortable at first but seemed to break down Time. Note that they don't insulate very well - you can hear external noise and the sound from the headphones will leak out a bit. In addition, the wind whistles through the open grille on the back, which is not ideal for outdoor use. I like the cable, it's very soft and light. So far it feels solid despite being thin. Perhaps the biggest problem with them is the awful left/right turn signals - a very bright "L"/"R" on a metallic background that's impossible to see at night. like them and use them regularly.
