I love these earrings! They are perfect to leave in your ears as they are made of titanium and will not tarnish or damage your piercing. The back of the earrings is flat and comfortable, so you can sleep without noticing that you are wearing the earrings. They are thicker than most earrings, so be aware that if you have only worn regular 18G earrings or higher before, they may not fit at first. The front ones screw in and are really tiny, so it might be tricky for someone with poor eyesight or not very dexterous fingers. UPDATE: I lost my middle earring, it fell out somewhere today and I can't find it. :( I screwed it all the way in so it must have unscrewed itself. The back is still in place but it falls out easily if the front doesn't hold it. I may just have to re-order the 8mm diamond ( ps my tag is new so its red and swollen lmao)
