Bought a scanner for the pathology lab to test and may have bought more. So far the customer is very satisfied. The only thing they wanted was the ability to install it under or behind their monitors so they could scan documents throughout the day. The manufacturer should consider making it flexible by offering a mount/case for those who want the device to be tilted or mounted so that it faces downwards. We can't mount them behind monitors as our monitors have a curved surface on the back, so the only device we use was attached to the monitor screen with adhesive on the back (so the scanner basically hangs down). I was asked to resolve an installation issue and place an order for an additional 19 units.
