Vine review. It's perfect for my daughter who goes to college, the dorm room is limited and she doesn't have air conditioning. Micro USB powered, foldable for storage, telescopic with fixed base and swinging. 4 buttons on the base for fan, motion, built-in night light and humidifier setting. There is a small water chamber at the base to create a cool mist when needed. All in all I think it's great, amazingly powerful and with a small footprint. 5 Stars
