This is a decent water bottle that holds enough water, with an integrated carry handle and another carry handle on the strap. It can be opened with one hand by pressing the release button, but the main issue is that there's a small protrusion on the spring cover that locks it to stand upright. This may be normal in theory, but then every time you try to drink from the bottle you end up banging your face on your cap! Every time you want to drink, you have to press the lid down on a small edge so that the lid rests against the carrying handle, giving you enough face and mouth space to take a sip. I don't know what the company was thinking when they came up with this, but hopefully someone got fired lol. , once corrected, it becomes a perfect gym water bottle.
