Thin wax paper is better than this.

The waxed paper that usually comes with t-shirt paper worked but didn't replace it. This element is too thick and will strip ink from the design when printed. If you don't delete it, you may end up with a stain on the new project. So be careful, wipe this carpet every time. Also, things take longer to heat up because they're so thick. It's only good for fabric protection, not for hot pressing.
