WHOA. So I’m very conflicted. The diffuser works fine (I think) and it smells good but it has most definitely been used and abused by someone else. The black plastic that has the buttons has at least 20 gouges in the plastic and a part of it is bubbled up and breaking through. Doesn’t look pretty at all for a $300 device and it doesn’t looks durable.WORSE YET! I actually got another diffuser from the same company as a gift the same day and I opened that one as well to see if it was damaged. It looked awful as well. Returning both the gift and the one I bought.I really hope this is not the company reselling refurbished/ used products as new. It does smell good so I’m hoping to reorder and get brand new unit!
