I've recently started cycling to work 2-3 times a week and this saddle saved my butt! I was concerned about the lack of reviews, but ultimately my decision came down to the brand (they seem to really care about their products) and the price (I wanted something about the basics at Walmart but wasn't willing to pay more than $100 to lose). yet) and froze the seat. After measuring my sit bones, I was confident that this saddle would be wide enough for me. It installed on my bike in minutes and immediately outperformed the standard saddle my bike came with. It has enough padding to tuck in anything that needs help, but not enough to sink into the saddle. It doesn't get very hot in the sun either. I am very satisfied with the quality and feel. I have no experience of their customer service but it seems they offer a guarantee on their products so if they don't work for you you can return them. If I get a different bike, I'll buy a different Terry saddle.
