I like that it is easy to use and allows me to track all of my candidates in one place. It can be difficult to keep up with candidate information if you are not familiar with how to utilize this product. If they had an application or other platform outside of their website, it would make things easier when trying to update them. This helps us stay organized by keeping our entire database available online. We have been able to get more work done and we also know exactly what applicants have submitted so far.
